CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

NON-REFUNDABLE

ALL RETAINER FEES AND SERVICES ARE NON REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE.


CANCELLATIONS

CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR ANY REASON (COVID RELATED INCLUDED) WILL RESULT IN FORFEITING YOUR RETAINER FEE.


RESCHEDULING AND LATE POLICY

A NOTIFICATION OF AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED. VIA EMAIL ONLY.

FAILURE TO NOTIFY WITHIN THE REQUIRED TIME (for any reason), WILL BE CONSIDERED A CANCELLATION AND ANOTHER RETAINER FEE IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.

Price and availability are subject to change if you wish to reschedule.


NO SHOWS

Not responding to my texts within 15 mins after your appointment time is considered a no show.

No shows will result in a cancellation, you will not be able to reschedule.


COVID

If you need to reschedule because you tested positive for Covid (or sick), please let me know asap.

DO NOT WORRY about rescheduling right away, I will hold your retainer fee until then (given a 48 hour notice). TAKE YOUR TIME TO REST AND RECOVER. When your ready, please contact me again, You will need to take a covid test prior to your appointment, I will ask for your negative results within a given time frame.

Please plan and book accordingly, I only take a certain amount of clients per day. By cancelling last minute for any reason, I am unable to fill that slot to another client.

After booking an appointment, you should receive an email notification so please be sure your inputing the correct email addres and phone number. You will also get a reminder text and email the day before your appointment as a courtesy. It is the clients responsibility to remember the appointment time.

YOUR ARE NOT A CANDIDATE FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP IF YOU ARE:

  • PREGNANT OR NURSING

  • UNDER 18 YEARS OLD (NO PARENT CONSENTING, YOU NEED TO BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO GET A TATTOO IN CA.)

  • DIABETIC OR ANY OTHER HEALING DISORDERS

  • HEMOPHILIAC

  • HAVE A HEART CONDITION

  • HERPES, RASHES OR SUNBURN AT THE SITE OF PROCEDURE

  • EPILEPTIC OR are prone to siezures

  • ON BLOOD THINNERS LIKE ASPIRIN DAILY.

  • HAVE ECZEMA OR PSORIASIS

  • HAVE ANY OTHER SKIN CONDITIONS OR AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES. 

  • UNDERGOING RADIATION OR CHEMO.

  • ALLERGIC TO RED DYES OR HAIR DYES AND COLORANTS.

  • ON ANTIBIOTICS AT TIME OF SESSION AND 2 WEEKS AFTER.

  • CURRENTLY ON ACUTANE OR ACNE TYPE MEDICATION. (must discontinue for at least 6 months)

  • RETIN-A OR HIGHLY CONCENTRATED ANTI AGING, CHEMICAL PEELS (must discontinue for 1 month)

  • NO BLEMISHES (PIMPLES) ON OR NEAR THE BROWS.

  • NO BOTOX, AT LEAST 1 MONTH PRIOR

  • ANY EYE SURGERIES

  • 65 years+ please email me a picture of your brows first.


STUDIO ETIQUETTE

  • COME SOLO, we do not allow additional guests or kids for safety reasons (unless i’ve cleared it for translation purposes)

  • Mask is optional and available if you need one, please ask.

  • NO texting, calls etc. please put it on silent. Your not allowed to record during, this causes distractions and accidents.

  • NO pets, for sanitary reasons. If you have a service animal please provide the necessary paperwork prior to your appointment, so I can make the necessary adjustments to our studio space.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW.

Remaining balance will be payable through contactless payment: ZELLE, VENMO or preferably CASH.

If these options won't work for you, please pay in full at time of booking. (new brows only, previous work +$100)


LATE POLICY

Arriving later than 10 minutes will result in a cancellation. Your retaining fee will be forfeited and another will be required to reschedule, this will go toward the new appointment date.

Each session shouldn't be rushed. If you are late, it can run into the next appointment, and so on. Please be courteous of the person after you, everyone's time is greatly valued.


first TOUCH UP POLICY

After your initial session is completed I will send an email or text informing you when Is the best time for you to come back for your touch up. Touch Ups are the clients responsibility to schedule an appointment within the given time frame. Any later will result in an additional fee stated in your email.

There are many factors that affect the healing process that we have no control over.

Some of the things included:

  • Lifestyle choices.

  • How you care for your brows, shortly after the session.

  • How your skin heals and retains pigment.

  • Skin type

  • Overall Health, Imbalance hormones tends to lighten the brows quicker.

  • Clients expectations

  • Excessive muscle movements can cause brows to look asymmetrical.

A touch up is highly recommended to fill in any missing strokes or correct any concerns, however, absolutely no guarantees will be made and additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal results.

It is my goal to give everyone Symmetrical looking brows, however no ones facial features is 100% symmetrical. There are many factors to contribute to asymmetry; brow bone structure, muscle movement, excess tissue, position of eyes etc..

We strive to always quality service, many factors can result in a less desirable outcome as each client will heal differently as well as clients expectation.
