POLICIES
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations: All retainer fees and services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Canceling an appointment for any reason—including COVID-related issues—will result in forfeiting the retainer fee.
Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment for any rescheduling requests. Notifications must be made via email only. Failure to provide the required 48-hour notice will be considered a cancellation, and a new retainer fee will be required to book another appointment. Please note that prices and availability are subject to change when rescheduling.
No-Shows: Not responding to appointment-related texts within 15 minutes after the scheduled time is considered a no-show. No-shows are treated as cancellations, and rescheduling will not be allowed.
Deposit & Payment Policy
Retainer Fees: All retainer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Retainer fees are required to secure appointments and will be applied toward the cost of your session.
No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges: As a service-based business, all sales on services and permanent jewelry are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Payment Policy: Remaining balances are payable through these payment options: Zelle, Venmo, or preferably cash.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be treated as a cancellation, and your retainer fee will be forfeited. A new retainer fee will be required to reschedule.
Each session is carefully timed to ensure quality service, and late arrivals can disrupt later appointments.

Studio Etiquette
Come Alone
For safety and to maintain a calm environment, please arrive solo. Additional guests or children are not permitted unless previously arranged for translation purposes.
Masks Are Optional
Masks are available upon request, please feel free to ask if you would like one.
Silence Your Devices
To ensure focus and prevent distractions, please keep phones on silent and avoid texting or making calls during your appointment. Recording is not allowed, as it can lead to distractions and potential accidents.
No Pets Allowed
For sanitary reasons, pets are not permitted in the studio. If you require a service animal, please provide the necessary documentation in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.
Thank you for understanding and supporting our policies! We limit the number of clients per day to ensure quality and attentiveness for each appointment. Please book mindfully, as last-minute cancellations make it difficult to offer the slot to another client.
After booking, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Double-check that your email and phone number are entered correctly, as you will also receive a reminder text and email the day before as a courtesy. However, it remains each client’s responsibility to remember their appointment time.
PLEASE READ POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT.
